Join the BCYC
fleet at Cowes to enjoy a fantastic week of sailing and
racing in the Solent, a marvellous range of parties, from
dockside cocktails to formal dinners (did we say formal?),
but especially to loiter aboard lots of lovely classic
yachts all moored together at the Cowes Yacht Haven.
This regatta is about the yachts, and as
the list of entrants lengthens, so the beauty of the week
grows. This year too, moored with the fleet in Cowes,
and racing in the Solent, are Mariquita, Mariette, Tuiga
and The Lady Anne, some of the world's most beautiful
classics. |

Welcome
to the British Classic Yacht Club!
There are many British designed and built classic yachts around
the world, and the Club gives the opportunity for the owners of
these yachts to be in touch with many other British classic yacht
owners.

OUR AIMS & PURPOSES
Our aim is to promote the ownership and appreciation of classic
yachts, not just in the UK, but all over the world.
We seek to expand the pleasures of classic yachting by organising
rallies, meets, cruises and regattas locally and nationally.

The BCYC wants to bring together like minded owners and yachts
for their mutual interest and enjoyment, thereby broadening owners
knowledge of individual yachts within the classic yachting fraternity.

We believe that the BCYC can help to protect, enhance and expand
the British fleet of classic yachts. We can do this through increased
awareness of the importance of the fleet and the pleasure to be
derived from owning, restoring, maintaining and sailing such beautiful
craft.
